How it works
A genuine conversation, online, around an hour. I work through the Three Streams, in this order:
Soul — Why you started. What you love about it. What's keeping you up at night. Your values, and your ambition for where this is all heading.
Systems — How the business actually runs, day to day. What's working, what isn't, and what's really driving performance underneath it.
Flow — The workflows, the communication, the people running through it all. Where things move well, and where they snag.
From that, you get your Business Flow Map, a personal report, not a generic one, showing where your Three Streams stand right now, and where your energy is currently going.
Business improvement means something different to every founder, sometimes it's solving the exact thing that's keeping you awake at night, sometimes it's scaling, sometimes it's something else entirely specific to you. Whatever it is, it's measured against what came out in our Soul conversation, so the map gives you real steps toward your own destination, not someone else's idea of progress.
This isn't a sales call. I won't be pitching you anything on the day. No obligation either way, and no pressure if it's not the right fit. Why I do this
I work with purpose driven founders, mostly in food, cosmetics, and other values-led consumer brands, because I know what it feels like when your work stops lining up with what you actually believe in. I spent years feeling that gap myself before I made the decision to change it.
I believe in building from the ground up. Grassroots, purpose driven businesses are quietly some of the most important forces for a better, brighter world, and the founders behind them deserve every bit of support to perform as well as they possibly can, because the bigger the impact they create, the bigger the change that ripples out from it.
And I don't think that's just a nice sentiment. I genuinely believe purpose driven businesses, once their values are properly aligned with how they run, outperform the ones without that heart behind them. That "why" isn't decoration, it's a real advantage once it's actually built into the business rather than just believed in.
That's what I'm here for, helping founders build businesses that are as good on the inside as they look on the outside, where the values that got you started are actually carried through in how the business runs, not just written on a wall somewhere.
I bring 25 years of business improvement experience to that, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100, BSI Lead Auditing, in FMCG, manufacturing and supply chains, so it's not just good intentions, it's real operational rigour behind it too.
